CROSS TRAIN + TIKES

Our Barre Tone class is higher-intensity interval training with various exercises and stations to challenge the entire body with a barre routine. These classes are for moms or dads who like to keep fit together while the kids can play in the tikes gym, alongside you, or in a carrier.

BARRE TONE + TIKES

Barre Burn is a fitness-inspired workout combining elements of strength training, Pilates, and Yoga designed to tone and sculpt the entire body, strengthening and lengthening the muscles. These high-intensity, low-impact movements target muscle groups with small bursts of intense, isometric movements and dynamic stretching.

FITNESS FLOW

A class that combines traditional yoga poses with elements of other fitness disciplines, such as Mat Pilates or strength and flexibility.
