Gym Policies + Safety Procedures

  • Intro Offers are for NEW & Local Residents

  • Auto Monthly enrollments require a 3-month minimum.

  • Payments go through monthly from the date of your enrollment.

  • Please EMAIL us if you have any questions about membership.

  • Punch Card Policies: Many of our services offer a discount for buying a group of sessions or services (i.e., a punch card, a voucher for assistance). But that’s not a gift card. It’s a prepaid card that does not count as a gift card and will have an expiration date.

  • All guests must check in at the front desk and complete a waiver online.

  • Upon doing any classes, events, or sessions, all guests must fill out our online Tumble Tikes agreement form.

  • All parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children in the observation area. Only registered students are allowed in the gym area. Parents must wait in the observation area and only in the gym once children are excused from class. Please don’t allow children to play on the equipment unsupervised. Equipment is for kids only – sorry, grown-ups!
Classes/times are subject to change or canceled at any time. Adult accompaniment is required for classes with children aged six months to 4 years and during open gym.

  • Tumble Tikes reserves the right to revoke a student’s class enrollment if determined that the child’s behavior is putting s/he at risk and the safety of the other class participants at risk.

  • Food or drink is NOT allowed in the gym area. (Water bottles only). No gum, please.

  • Absences: Refunds for missed classes or pre-purchased special events due to illnesses, inclement weather, or holidays are unavailable. However, if there is room, you may schedule a makeup class (limit 2) at a different time, depending on availability in the same session, or go to an open gym in exchange. There are no rollovers into another session.

  • We ask that you please stay home if you have a cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, loss of sense of smell, or lack of taste.

  • Please stay home if you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

  • Kindly use the hand sanitizer on the front desk upon arrival or one of the wall units in the studio areas.

  • Please respect our late cancel and no-show policies for scheduled sessions or classes.

  • Please pre-register for Open Gym + Playtimes online to limit each session’s numbers.

  • We will sanitize all equipment and studio surfaces daily and deep clean them weekly.

Q + A

1.

Can I put my child’s class or session on hold?
Once a gymnastic session begins, there are NO REFUNDS or transfers of classes. The classes are full and have been closed to other students who could not enroll.

2.

Can I come and watch my child’s class?
Absolutely! We request only 1 parent per child in the gym participating during the child/adult classes, but others are welcome to observe behind the counter wall in the lobby. For classes with children 4 and up, parents can observe behind the counter or drop off and return at the end of class.

3.

What should I wear?
Clothing should be comfortable! Leotards, shorts, t-shirts, leggings, and bare feet are recommended. For everyone’s safety, no jewelry. Adults, no shoes in the kid’s gym, please!

4.

School is closed – are you?
We don’t necessarily close with the school systems due to bad weather. We will update our TJF Facebook Page here at least 1 hour before class if we are going to cancel. Suppose you don’t see an update, text Kim at 653-2544 to double-check!
