Our Classes

At Tumble Tikes, we offer a variety of movement-based classes for children—and even grown-ups—of all ages and skill levels. Led by experienced, encouraging coaches, our classes are designed to support physical development, social connection, and confidence-building in a safe, engaging, and playful environment. From early walkers to independent athletes, there's something for every stage of growth and every kind of mover.

Tadpoles + Mighty Tikes

Our Gymnastics Basics class is perfect for walkers through 4-year-old beginners, focusing on building foundational skills such as balance, coordination, and strength. In this class, children develop confidence and have fun while learning essential movement skills. Tadpoles (walkers to 2.5 years) participate with an adult, while Mighty Tikes (2.5 to 4 years) continue to build their skills alongside an adult. It’s the perfect way for little ones to start their gymnastics journey! Classes are 45 minutes with an adult.

Tiny Tadpoles

Our Tiny Tadpoles class is designed for babies and toddlers ages 4 months to walkers to explore movement in a safe, supportive environment. Through songs, games, and crawling-based activities, your little one will develop early social and physical skills. It’s a fun, interactive way to bond with your baby while supporting their growth and progress toward walking. Classes are 35 minutes + 10 minutes of free play.

Froglets + Leap Frogs

We offer more advanced gymnastics classes for kids who have mastered the basics. In these classes, children continue to build on their skills and challenge themselves without needing an adult. Froglets (4–7 years) and Leap Frogs (7–9 years) will be guided by our experienced coaches as they develop new skills, build confidence, and work toward success.

Tikes Skills Classes (ages 4-7+)

Our Tikes Skills Class is the perfect next step for kids ready to build on their foundational skills and gain more confidence in the gym. With extended 90-minute classes, children have more time to practice, strengthen, and refine their tumbling in a fun, supportive environment. Families can choose between one or two classes per week, allowing for flexible scheduling and the option to accelerate progress. This program is designed for focused skill-building, helping kids grow stronger, more confident, and engaged.

Mom + Tikes Total Body Toning

All caregivers welcome – no childcare needed!

Designed for moms, dads, nannies, and caregivers, this full-body, low-impact workout blends barre, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into one energizing class. Littles can play nearby, hang out in a carrier, or move alongside you in the open gym space. It’s fitness that fits into your parenting life—with no pressure and plenty of support.
